Billingham Kitchens LTD
The Goodwillie family has been synonymous with home improvement and the one stop shop & kitchen showroom in Teesside for many years. Billingham Kitchens is the product of Ann and Ian’s collaboration with their son Frazer to put a new chapter in the existing legacy. Following Ian’s retirement in 2016, Paul Cook was brought on board to continue the growth and development of the business with the help of his 20 years experience.
The company offers a greater degree of flexibility, from the wide range of products available to allowing customers to pick and choose their experience, from supply only to fully project managed. Everything from replacement doors to luxury fitted kitchens are offered all with the same level of professional and friendly service.
Paul and Frazer pride themselves on a no nonsense, straight talking approach with honest advice on products and materials and a straight forward approach to pricing. We don’t have big sales or advertise huge discounts, we just price each job as we see it and provide all year round, value for money.
About Us
We’re both local lads with pride for our region and our customers often tell us they like to give the business to local companies. Just looking through our list of suppliers, PWS in Newton Aycliffe, British manufacturer Burbidge and Hill’s Panels Products in Oldham, shows our passion for local and British products. Appliances are the main exception, but it’s hard to argue with the quality, design and service from Bosch and Neff.
We don’t believe that suits sell, so you will likely find us in the kitchen showroom in our jeans, but unlike many of our competitors, you’re also likely to find us on site during your project, getting involved, getting our hands, and even our jeans, a little dirty.

Bathrooms
Fully Fitted
Just as with kitchens, we can put a team in place to take the job from start to finish, with every trade required, all coordinated to deliver a beautiful bathroom, in an efficient way. Make no mistake, this is the more expensive way to do things, however with most jobs taking just 5-7 days the premium is worth it for many of our customers.
Supply Only
If you have a fitter already lined up or fancy giving the fitting a go yourself, we can still survey the room and put together a quotation based on our recommended products. For supply only, our discounts are typically between 20 and 40% depending on product and everything is delivered usually within a few days.
Trade Customers
We offer a design and quotation service based on your dimensions and requirements or the option to go through a design and specification with your customer, saving your time. Typically, better discounts are offered and products are collected from us. We can also offer discounts to your customers to incentivise them to buy from us, ensuring you get quality product for the job and not DIY store headaches.
